zMantis

Project for integration of received mails between Zimbra and Mantis Bug Tracker.

This zimlet allows you to:

• Create new Issue into available Mantis projects from mail and their attachments.

• Add a mail and their attachments into an existing Issues (as a Note)

• Assign created Issues to a Mantis User.

• Mark exported Mails with a custom tag.

  I try to use this zimlet because it sounds usefull, but I allways get this error_message. "Incorrect Authentication. zmantis 1.1 beta4"The userProperties only ask for:<userProperties>        <property type="string" label="${msg.zmantis_username}" name="my_zmantis_username" required="true" />        <property type="password" label="${msg.zmantis_pass}" name="my_zmantis_pass" required="true" />        <property type="string" label="${msg.zmantis_url}" name="my_zmantis_url" required="true" value="https://www.example.com/mantisbt/" />        <property type="string"  label="${msg.zmantis_tag}" name="my_zmantis_tag" value="" />       </userProperties>The rest is missing / README instructions support request I get a 500please reply to this review to get in contact

• Incorrect authentication

  Product works as expected. Easy way transform emails to bug tickets,etc. I went with Mantis because of this plugins availability to ZCS 8.5.0Praise to support: I had an issue during setup that really was down to a specific order of installation and restarting zimbra services.My issue was "Incorrect Authentication" as well. Turned out that I needed to test it a few different ways, restarting Zimbra services along the way. I had to enable JSP for ZCS 8.5.0 and then run the command line setup using "zmzimletctl deploy ..."Deploy this to your users at night when no one will use the email server. Free range of rebooting/restarting services is better than the alternative. I emailed irontec and got a relatively instant response back with detailed instructions. A+ for that.

  I tried to use the latest zimlet on mantis 1.2.15 first problem is that categories are not listed.Once I select a project it lists issues not related to the selected project.

  Using 1.1.5 beta version, I have the same problem than everyone : Incorrect authentication, any clue ;

  I have installed this zimlet on a ZCS 7.2. After filling the settings, I try to add an issue I can see this error  :Incorrect Authentication.
  zmantis 1.1 beta5I have used the same credentials I use to connect to Mantis. Is there any support or a workaround to solve this issue ?Cordialy,
