We don't have to worry about over-tweeting or something (people can always disable it)

How it works:

System admin needs to set up Company blog's RSS url during installation(defaults to Zimbra's blog). After that its automatic. Every day, it automatically pulls up blog post's RSS feed and caches it. Then randomly selects one of the feeds and sets that as signature. So, every time user composes, it will set different blogs

Great Zimlet, but be carefuly with use of bit.ly in Mails

The Zimlet is great and works well. You have to be careful, though with using bit.ly-links in e-mails. I just tracked down a e-mail delivery problem. the spam filter of the recipient considered e-mails with bit.ly-links as 100% spam.So I'd like to see the possibility to disable the bit.ly-function.

This Zimlet has great potential but needs some additional work for hosting providers and multi-domain/multi-blog environments.I will try to modify it myself in time but if the author has some spare time, please:make the bit.ly username and API key a setting, not hardcoded in the Zimletmake the Blog Feed-URL and title configurable on the user level and - even better - on the domain leveltake HTML-Signatures into account: at least when testing it, the bit.ly-link was not wrapped within <a></a>furthermore, for HTML-Signatures, the style should be possible to change (font-size, font-family, ...)add additional newlines/line-breaks after the Blog-Signature, otherwise the signature sticks to the very bottom of a mail and can easily be overlocked
